Gemlik black olives are harvested at harvest time. It is fermented by natural methods without any processing. Olives ripened by natural fermentation are prepared with less salt.
Our Gemlik black olives, which are harvested with traditional methods in November and December from the gardens in the Akhisar region, are matured for 9 to 10 months in ponds closed with lithography by adding only drinking water and rock salt.
Do not expose to direct sunlight. Store in a cool and dry place. After opening the package, store the product in the refrigerator with the lid closed.
