Tiny Edremit green olives, collected before they are fully ripe , are crushed without any processing with stone or wooden hammers without damaging the core. It is put in brine. Oleuropein in olives is slightly bitter, as it has not gone away yet.
It is ripened by natural fermentation.
Caustic etc. at any stage of production. Since no chemicals are applied, it may darken after leaving the brine.
Ingredients: Natural Pickled Green Olives, Lemon, Salt (NaCl), Lemon Salt, Thyme Grain and Powdered Coriander, Bay Leaf and Olive Oil
Do not expose to direct sunlight. Store in a cool and dry place and protect from sunlight. After opening the package, keep it in the refrigerator and ensure that the brine is at least 2 cm above the olives so that the olives do not darken.
