100% Akhisar olives are used.
Early harvest is the harvesting of green olives from the end of September until the beginning of November.
cold pressed; Cold pressing is done not exceeding 27°C. With this method, the taste of olives, the polyphenols they contain and their nafacet are imprisoned in the oil.
Semi-filtering is done without spoiling the aromatic taste.

In order to preserve the high value and taste of our products, our oil is stored in tins by pressing nitrogen after passing through paper filters.
