Akhisar Domat Olive Oil; It is a natural extra virgin olive oil with geographical indication with the name of Mahrec.
Domat type olives are harvested by hand in October (Early Harvest) when they are green in color. It is sent to cold press without waiting on the harvest day.
Since the fruit on the tree is collected in the earliest but most valuable period, only 1 kg of Domat olive oil is obtained from approximately 10-15 kg of Domat olives.
