Preparation of Fennel: Put 1 teaspoon of fennel in 1 glass of boiled water. The amount of Fennel can be increased for hard drinking. Infuse for 5-10 minutes.
Preparation of Sage: Put 1 teaspoon of Sage in 1 glass of boiled water. Let it brew for 4-5 minutes.
Preparation of Linden: Put 1-2 teaspoons of Linden into 1 glass of boiled water. Let it brew for 5 minutes.
Preparation of Chamomile: Add 1 teaspoon of chamomile flowers into 1 glass of boiled water. Leave to infuse for 5-6 minutes by closing the mouth, strain and consume.
