Sticky Andız Herb Preparation: Put 1 teaspoon of grass in 1 liter of water and boil it for 10-15 minutes with the lid closed. Strain the leaves after they cool. Consume within 24 hours.
Hunger Grass Preparation: Put 1-2 teaspoons of Hunger Grass into 200 ml of boiling water. Let it brew for 5 minutes, strain and consume.
Stinging Nettle Preparation: Put 1 teaspoon of Stinging Nettle in 1 glass of boiled water. Infuse for 5 minutes, strain and consume.
Yarrow Preparation: 1 teaspoon Yarrow 200 ml. Add to boiled water. Infuse covered for 5-10 minutes, strain and consume.
