Yellow sesame seeds from local Atalık seeds are produced in the fields of Dağdere, Gördes and Manisa.
In sesame production, chemical pesticides are not applied and natural fertilization is applied.
Sesame seeds are sown dry, collected by hand and dried in the sun.
Sesame harvest is done in October-November, and it is squeezed throughout the year.
It is produced as a result of roasting local Gördes sesame.
You can get a nice mixture by mixing tahini with molasses.
Shake before use.
It does not contain preservatives and additives.
