Black olives of the Gemlik type, which are collected at harvest time, are obtained by baking as a dry saddle using natural methods without any processing. Olives are ripened by natural fermentation and a small amount of salt is applied to relieve their bitterness.
Our Gemlik black olives, which are harvested with traditional methods in December from the gardens in the Akhisar region, are matured for 9 to 10 months in pools closed with stone pressure by adding only drinking water and rock salt. Then they are dried in special food drying ovens.
Do not expose to direct sunlight. Store in a cool and dry place. After opening the package, store the product in the refrigerator with the lid closed.
