Edremit type green olives collected at harvest time are crushed without any processing with stone or wooden hammers without damaging the core. It is put into brine and the bitterness is removed by changing the water at regular intervals.
It is ripened by natural fermentation.
Our Edremit type crushed olives, which are harvested with traditional methods in October and November from the gardens in the Akhisar region, are naturally sweetened between 3-6 months by adding drinking water, rock salt and lemon salt.
Do not expose to direct sunlight. Store in a cool and dry place. After opening the package, store the product with the lid closed in its own brine and in the refrigerator.
