- 5 Urla Karya Artichokes
- 1 carrot
- 1 medium potato
- 1 onion
- 2 handfuls of peas
- 1/2 cup of water
- 7 tablespoons of Natumora Early Harvest Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon of granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon Mayi Salt Ground Table Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
1- Take 5 artichokes from Urla Karya Canned Artichoke Can and rinse them.
2- Chop 1 onion, 1 medium potato and 1 carrot into small cubes.
3- Start roasting the onions in a shallow pressure cooker with 7 tablespoons of Natumora Early Harvest Olive Oil.
4- Add the carrots and potatoes.
5- Add 2 handfuls of peas, a teaspoon of Mayi Salt and half a teaspoon of black pepper.
6- Place the artichokes with the hollow side up and sprinkle with 1 teaspoon of granulated sugar.
7- Add half a glass of water to the pot and close the lid of the pressure cooker.
8- Cook at low pressure on high heat until the whistle goes off.
9- After the whistle is off, turn the heat down and cook for 8 minutes.
10- If the artichokes are still hard when you open the lid, you can cover and cook for a few more minutes.
11- After cooking, take the pressure of the pot.
12- After it cools down, you can drizzle some Natumora Early Harvest Olive Oil on it and serve.
