Akhisar With 15 million olive trees, it is the district with the highest number of olive trees. This heritage, which our ancestors adopted by settling in the region about a century ago, reaches tens of thousands of trees with the sprouts it grows every day and produces the most delicious oil and olive of the region.

100% Akhisar olive oil grown in its natural cycle. We produce olives and bring them to your table. Our products are not certified organic. Our olive oils are “cold pressed” with the technique It is obtained from the natural state of the olive without any chemical treatment and without any additives. All processes are closely followed to ensure that the olive oil is of the highest quality and purity.


Our tin and glass bottle oils are of the same quality. Cold pressing is done not exceeding 27°C . Thus, all the taste and flavor of the olive is imprisoned in the oil. Our oils contain a high percentage of Polyphenols .

Since olives are pressed in a cold and completely closed system, they preserve the Polyphenols they contain, thus increasing the health of our oils as much as possible. Our glass bottles are specially designed and produced in Italian.

Our oil, which is sent to cold pressing without waiting, is kept in tanks by cutting off contact with oxygen in order to preserve its quality and freshness after passing through paper filters , and stored in tins and dark glass bottles . A non-refillable ball cap is used to facilitate use and increase protection .

Mature Harvest Olive Oils

Ripe harvest is obtained by harvesting pink and purple olives from mid-November until January. The resulting oil has a milder flavor than the early harvest, and its acid ratio is relatively higher. Olive oil produced from mature harvest is more suitable for use in food.

    Early Harvest Olive Oils

    Early harvest is the harvesting of olives that are completely green in color from the end of September to the beginning of November. The resulting oil has high bitterness, burning and fruitiness, and low acidity. Since early harvest olive oil is more valuable and richer in terms of content, it is recommended to be consumed raw.
