- 2 cups boiled, peeled chickpeas
- 4 tablespoons Natumora White Tahini
- 2 cloves of garlic
- juice of 1 lemon
- 3 tablespoons of cold water
- Half a tea glass of Natumora Early Harvest Olive Oil
- Half a teaspoon of Cumin
- 1 pinch paprika
- Black pepper
1- Pulse all the ingredients in the food processor.
2- If you get a slightly thick consistency, you can add some water and Natumora Olive Oil to increase the consistency of your hummus.
3- You can add some chickpeas, a few leaves of parsley on it and drizzle Natumora Early Harvest Olive Oil and serve.
